You can submit your primary electronic claims directly to Medicare. Medicare uses member eligibility
files to verify secondary insurance carriers and routes the appropriate secondary claims to us for
processing and payment.
Add us to the Payer list in your Practice Management Software
You can submit inquires for eligibility, benefit, and claim status using Payer ID AESSI.
Don’t have Practice Management Software?
You can use ConnectCenter, our secure portal, to access eligibility and claim status inquiries.
You can use our provider payment portal to access payments and request remittance advice for
payments issued after July 23, 2021.
For payments issued after January 5, 2024, you can log in to
https://provider.zelispayments.com/ to access your explanation of payment and request remittance advice. For questions regarding your payment, you can speak to a representative at
