Members can:    View policy details    View claims    Access member discount programs (when        applicable)    Request duplicate ID card    Request duplicate policy pages    Update contact and bank information    Provide an email address for future communication    Send a department specific request    View the message board with important updates    Refer a friend ..and much, much more.		The sign-up process is quick and simple, but just in case technical assistance is required, we have a dedicated web assistance team that provides website related technical assistance.
